Emerging Scheme
The landscaping design is at the heart of the scheme, serving as a key element in shaping a vibrant and connected community. It focuses on integrating a network of enhanced permeable routes that prioritise pedestrians and cyclists while improving overall site connectivity.
These routes are thoughtfully designed with frequent opportunities to sit, pause, and interact—through a variety of social spaces such as pocket parks, informal seating areas, and shaded rest points.

Character Zones
3 character zones are being developed across the site, derived from our analysis in each of the 3 streetscapes: Mount Ephraim, Culverden St, and Rock Villa Road.
